Anywhere of the world,some people say that victims don't have sense of danger and parents don't have sense of danger.Who is responsible for it?Who should be regulated?Even if woman wear a chador or niqab,a rape crime happens.Even if children wear what kind of clothes,the pedophile commits a crime.
These types of costumes should not be illegal.
